About us

We are three siblings united not only by our kin,
but through our passion for boardgames.

Stefan, Katrin & Fabian are the founders of Gidora Games. As similar as our passion might be, our expertise is totally different. A mechanical engineer from Zurich, a motion design artist living in Munich and a marketing manager from St. Gallen. Luckily however, we found this to be the perfect constellation to develop, design and promote a boardgame.

STEFAN

The brain behind the game mechanics and initiator of the whole project.

Stefan studied mechanical engineering in Zurich and after some years of work experience in Canada he is now back in Zurich as Head of Mechanical Engineering for a company in the aviation industry. Besides his family and playing badminton he spends every free minute with twisting the game mechanics of Rocket Rescue to ensure a perfect game experience and sealing every possible loophole.

KATRIN

The creative mind and visual soul of Rocket Rescue.

Katrin studied arts with a focus on 2D animation in Luzern after realising that history of art was somewhat too boring. Having found her passion, she moved to Munich to sharpen her skills at an advertising agency before switching to an educational YouTube channel where she is currently animating awesome videos. Besides playing football and various other projects she spends every free minute with creating colorful Rocket Rescue artwork and improving design.

FABIAN

The communication nerd and voice of Rocket Rescue.

Fabian studied economics with a focus on sports management in Chur. After two stops in the sports event management industry, he is currently working as a Marketing Manager for a sports goods company somewhere in the deep eastern part of Switzerland. Besides his sports, videogames, girlfriend and cat he spends every free minute with social media, Newsletters, planning campaigns and setting up this website.
